You will receive a fixed guaranteed rent every month with no void periods nor any delays. Yes, whether there are tenants in the property or not, you will still receive a fixed monthly rent on the pay date agreed with no delay.

You will continue to receive an income, but without any of the usual worries you could otherwise experience if you had your own tenants. There will be no late-night calls when a tenant is locked out and there will be absolutely no need to chase rent payments as our regular rent payment will arrive in your bank account, on time every time.
Cosmetic improvements may be made to your property, including but not limited to painting, recarpeting, and refurnishing. All of our landlords remain responsible for the boiler, the electrics, and any major repairs.
We do have a team who can provide free quotations for works should they arise. We can also have the Gas Safety inspection arranged for you annually along with having the electrics tested for you when required.

This entails us equipping the entire property so that it is fully functioning in its entirety. A "home away from home" experience is then provided by fully booking the property. Most of our business is with national and international corporates that reserve housing for their employees.

Housing Multiple Occupancy (HMO)
The tenant demographics of our HMO properties vary based on the location of the property. We deal with mature students, individuals receiving Universal Credit, and professionals from local companies.
All of our properties are modernly decorated and equipped, and they include regular cleaning, window washing, and a gardener. We will make sure that all legal and local standards are satisfied when a property is used as an HMO. We can also assist you if your house is already an HMO, whether it has tenants or not.
