We pride ourselves as an independent serviced accommodation company that works all throughout the UK, by the name of Baraka Estates LTD (sometimes referred to as BEL LTD).

We specialise in serviced accommodation, offering housing for (international and national) working professionals, contractors, and mature students on a short or long term basis . We work alongside landlords in which we offer a fixed guaranteed rent (find out more on the l andlords page). We also provide our services to various companies and hospitals, housing their staff members in our properties.

Since we at Baraka Esates are in the service industry rather than the sales industry, our guests, landlords and investors come first at all times. Instead of watching out for transactions, we watch out for our visitors.

Our objective is to provide customers with comfortable, effective, and friendly service at what may be a difficult period, rather than merely selling them a home. This is who we are.

Yes. No matter the length of the stay, guests are required to go through our identity verification process before a reservation.
How does Baraka Estates market its suites?

We adverties our suites here on our direct booking website. We also market them on other third-party short term rental sites. For companies, we are directly contacted for available suites to accommodate staff members.
Who are Baraka Estates guests, and how long are their typical stays?

Baraka Estates guests include those travelling for business, education, or corporate stays. Our long stays average from 1 year minimum, and short stays being a minimum of 3 nights.
Does Baraka Estates have a cleaning team?

Yes, we have a professional cleaning team that will inspect and clean each unit. In a case of long term stays, we clean the apartment weekly, or multiple times during the week upon request.
